You've done the hard stuff to get here.

You hold space for everyone all day, and somewhere along the way, you stopped having anyone hold it for you. This is built for the clinician who wants to earn CEUs without the fluorescent conference room. Who wants real conversations with other therapists who actually get it. Who’s craving nature, somatic work, and a room full of people who don’t need an explanation when you say you’re tired.

Maybe you’re on the verge of burnout. Maybe you’re on the edge of something new (the book you’ve been putting off, the practice you want to build, the retreat *you* want to lead someday). Maybe you’re just tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.

You spend your days holding space for everyone else, yet still find yourself alone in the work. You know there are other clinicians craving the same depth of connection, restoration, and expansion. But stepping away long enough to find them can feel impossible. You spend your days holding space for everyone else, yet still find yourself alone in the work. You know there are other clinicians craving the same depth of connection, restoration, and expansion. But stepping away long enough to find them can feel impossible.

I’m Crystle. I’m a licensed therapist (LSCSW, LCSW), a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and a trauma specialist. Before all of that, I was a journalist burning out live on-air at 5 a.m. I know what it looks like when a smart, capable person quietly starts losing themselves to the grind. These retreats are for you.

What if you could...

01

Reconnect with yourself in nature

02

Build genuine relationships with like-minded clinicians

03

Earn CEUs in a setting that actually restores you

04

Workshop your next big idea in an intimate mastermind setting

Your most important investment this year is yourself...

What therapists say after rising.

Over 1,200 licensed therapists have attended a Rising Retreat. Here’s what a few of them said unedited, in their own words about what the experience actually gave them.

"I arrived in Bali completely depleted running on fumes after three years of pandemic caseloads. By day three I was crying happy tears in a rice field. I left with 24 CE credits and something I thought I'd lost: excitement about my work."

Dr. Sarah Lawson, PsyD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist · New York

"40 CE credits, Gottman training, sunrise yoga, and the best peer supervision of my career — all in one week in Portugal. This is not a vacation pretending to be professional development. This is the real thing."

Marcus K., LMFT

Marriage & Family Therapist · San Francisco

"Costa Rica showed me how depleted I actually was — and gave me real clinical tools to address it. I returned home a fundamentally better therapist and a much healthier human being."

Dr. Amira Hassan, PhD

Trauma Specialist · Austin, TX

Questions, answered.

We all know therapists ask smart, specific questions. Here are the most common ones.

Who are these retreats designed for?

Rising Tide Therapist Retreats are designed for licensed mental health professionals, including licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, counselors, and social workers. We welcome clinicians at all career stages, from early career to seasoned practitioners.

Our CE programs are accredited through APA, NASW, and NBCC. Credits are earned through workshop sessions, case consultations, and structured learning experiences that run alongside our wellness programming. You’ll receive documentation within two weeks of the retreat’s conclusion.

Mornings typically begin with mindfulness or yoga, followed by CE workshops and clinical training sessions through midday. Afternoons are devoted to cultural experiences, relaxation, and mini- masterminds, or exploratory activities in the local environment. Evenings feature community dinners, reflection circles, and optional social events.

Many mental health professionals can deduct retreat costs as professional development expenses. Since our retreats include accredited CE programming, they often qualify. We provide detailed receipts and CE documentation to support your tax filing. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor for your specific situation.
Retreat packages include accommodation at curated boutique properties, all meals, CE programming and materials, facilitated group sessions, wellness activities (yoga, meditation, nature excursions), and CE documentation. International flights and personal travel are not included, but we provide booking guidance to help you plan.

Absolutely — many of our participants attend solo, but they are also welcome to bring a CE-attendee colleague or a non-CE guest. Or they may request an option to be paired up! Our community-building approach is specifically designed to create connection from the very first evening.
